A new dog in the neighborhood brings trouble for Taser,
Meatloaf, and their pack of friends. More problems they don't
need. They already have their paws full with an
attempt to ban them from the park. Taser decides the best
solution is human money, and he sets out to get a lot of it.
He gets help, and big trouble, from the most unlikely sources.
The dogs aren't the only ones after cash. When word of easy

I always enjoy the Howl series! Taser, Meatloaf and the pack are great characters and JK Brandon does an excellent job of writing the stories through their eyes. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the poor editing. A lot of mistakes slipped through, i.e., Loper is left in the cabin but suddenly shows up outside with the others; in one conversation between the dogs, William speaks (William is a human character), etc. The story is still great fun; you just have to overlook the shaky editing.Product details

I have read all of trader's and meatloaf adventures. Everyone of them is suspense filled and LOL funny. in this story the ding dongs that try dognapping Meat are just so true to life you could just see a pair of stoner bumbling goofs doing these very things
I love all these dog stories, and especially like the ones that are in a series that I can follow along with. I've never been owned by a lab, but by other small dogs so enjoy reading what they are thinking. The dogs highlighted in these books are great at solving human problems.
These books are fun to read. I think they could improve the proof reading of most of this series.
Oh no...I've now read them all and I'm already having Taser/Meatloaf withdrawal symptoms! Mr. Brandon...help. Please write another as soon as you can.
I'm in love with this series and this last entry didn't disappoint. I loved that the whole darned gang got involved in this one. A nice evening spent with a real fun read.
I enjoyed all the books of the series. I have a problem, though, with the editing especially of the names. Chuck and Tom switched back and forth, a dog and William were transposed, and other similar switches. I found it confusing at times and would have to go back to find clarification. Otherwise, I have the books five stars. I thought them well-plotted and and the ending cleverly hidden.
I love these books!!! I have so many books on my "to read" list but I am going to finish reading these (3 more to go) before going on to another author.
THIS ENTIRE SERIES IS LIGHT READING & GREAT FUN. I'M A DOG LOVER & A MYSTERY LOVER SO THIS SERIES FITS THE BILL FOR ME. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE MORE IN THE SERIES. I THINKK I'VE READ THEM ALL SO FAR EXCEPT MAYBE ONE THAT I WAS SAVING FOR A SPECIAL REWARD FOR MYSELF.
